Uncharted

Charting a nonlinear career path can be lonely. It is easy to feel like you are the only person without a clear next step. In May 2026, I co-hosted Uncharted with Izzy Kim at Clay's NYC headquarters. The panel and activities were designed to help people navigating their careers connect and encounter fresh ideas.

One attendee said she enjoyed "the unconventional thinking and the mental reframes it fostered." Another called the whole evening "a joyful way to end my day." I was moved to build Uncharted remembering that if something is a struggle for me, it is probably a struggle for others too.
